Cancellation Policy:

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please initiate cancellation at the earliest. Once the product is shipped, cancellation through our website is not possible.

Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. Return/Exchange Eligibility:
  • Returns and exchanges are available for all products.
  • We offer a 3-day easy return or exchange for wrong or damaged products.
  1. Conditions for Return/Exchange:
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Items without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  1. Process for Return/Exchange:
  • If a pickup service is unavailable at your location, you may need to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Any self-shipping charges may be reimbursed as per our policy (contact support for details).
  1. Return/Exchange Charges:
  • No additional charges will apply for returns or exchanges due to wrong or damaged products.
  • For other reasons, charges may apply on a case-to-case basis, which will be communicated during the process.

Important Notes:

  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of product delivery. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Items not meeting the above conditions will not qualify for return or exchange.
